Gold Rarities Postgame Show: Celtics vs Raptors | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 01:30:00

The Celtics managed to pull it together in the 3rd quarter and took a convincing lead on the Raptors for their 12th win of the season. Justin, Jon and Kevin joined up after the game for the recap and were equally conservative in their view of the game as a sign that the team has "Got It" quite yet. Discussions loomed around the perimeter defense, technical fouls, KG's athleticism in the game, and the publicity nightmare that is about result for Paul Pierce after he had the cajones to send all around NBA nice guy, Chris Bosh, to the floor.

Featured Guest: Scott Souza | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 01:30:00

Celtics Stuff Live took to the "studio" Sunday night after an overtime victory against the Knicks earlier that afternoon. The Madison Square Matinee did not seem to improve Justin's confidence that the team was back on the winning track, while Jon was far more reassured despite being exasperated with Friday night's loss to the Magic. Scott Souza from the MetroWest Daily News joined us to discuss the ills of the team following an excellent article on the topic from today. Scott reminded us about our preseason prediction that Garnett would inevitably need some time to recover and that many would question whether he would ever be the same player again. That was rather comforting. He also felt that the Celtics recent issues were related more to execution than a lack of effort, to which Justin agreed and placed more emphasis on the mental rather than the physical failures of the team. We then discussed the play of Rajon Rondo who Jon, typically only effusive in his praise, felt was deserving of some criticism. Scott countered that the criticism of Rondo may be overblown and stated that, statistically speaking, this may be Rondo's best start to a season.

Gold Rarities Postgame Show: Celtics vs Hawks | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 01:30:00

A very dispiriting loss to the Atlanta Hawks later, Celtics Stuff Live's postgame show Friday night (which was moved from Sunday) attempted to find answers to the questions from our callers that hit on a lack of effort and intensity this evening. Thankfully Jon and Justin had company in trying to make sense of it all, and joining CSL in the second half of the show was Patrick Gilroy of Celtics Pride. Patrick came by to announce the start of the seventh season of Celtics Pride kicking off tomorrow at 10AM at www.moneymattersradio.net with his longtime partner-in-crime, Jeff Hickman.

Gold Rarities Postgame Show: Celtics vs Jazz | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 01:30:00

Justin, Jon and Kevin all got together following the Celtics 105-86 win over the Utah Jazz and broke down what was an impressive by a no longer tired Celtics club. Deron Williams injured back may have slowed the Jazz ability to compete with the Celtics over 48 minutes, but it was a true team effort from the C's (7 players in double figures) that put them over the top. Calls from the Sexy Scottsman, KWAPT, and Brandon from Gino's Jungle kept things rolling along with an email from Loscy at Loscy.com.

Celtics Stuff Live - Guest Free | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 01:30:00

Celtics Stuff Live took to the airwaves Sunday night at its customary 9pm start time with Justin, Jon, Kevin Henkin, and without a stunning big name guest to draw in the masses. But, oh the people came Ray. A little bit of concern dotted the map as fans, callers, emailers, etc began to see areas of weakness in what was the Good Shop Lollypop just one week ago. Nevertheless, Justin compared Kevin's writing to the unmistakably bitter Maine beverage creation "Moxie" and Jon did a Scooby Doo impression. All in all, just another night in the neighborhood.

Gold Rarities Postgame Show: Celtics vs Suns | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 01:30:00

Jon an Kevin did the first show in CSL history without Justin. Apparently, it was a bad time to be making changes, as the Celtics suffered their first loss of the season.

Featured Guest: Sean Grande | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 02:00:00

Sean Grande joined us for the first 12 minutes of the show to kick things off before he and Max took their act to the CSN television studios following the game. Sean was an excellent guest as always and stated that he has no doubt who the best team in the NBA is right now. As we like to do here on CSL, Jon and Justin agreed. Sean made note of the KG's lateral movement being the deciding factor in these games as he is capable of defending at a high level even if only at 85-90% right now.

Gold Rarities Postgame Show: Celtics vs Bobcats | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 02:00:00

Blowouts. Gotta love 'em. The Celtics thumped the Bobcats 92-59 and in the process provided the Charlotte Franchise 2nd Edition their worst offensive effort in the team history. The only complaint one could draw from this win was an inexplicable 38 minute effort from Ray Allen that had the Twitter world of Celtics bloggers buzzing and nearly putting Reds Army in a coma. Nevertheless, Justin, Kevin and Jon (in his first ever attempt at "running the board") broke down the win were pleased enough to gain the wit and wisdom of a handful of callers including KWAPT, Sexy Scottsman, and Grouchy Oscar... gotta love the anonimity of the internets.

Gold Rarities Postgame Show: Celtics at Cavs | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 02:00:00

The youngest of the Poulin clan, like Big Papa Justin and his co-hosts Jon and Kevin were pretty jazzed at a convincing Celtics win against the rival Cavs in Cleveland. This was the first win for the C's in Cleveland since well before Jon and Justin's three year olds were born. While Lebron had a typically eye poppping game, a strong introduction by the Celtics bench turned around a slow slow start by the starters and put the good guys ahead for good.

Featured Guest: Steve Bulpett | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 01:30:00

Steve Bulpett joins us Sunday night to preview the season opener against the Cavs!

Gold Rarities Postgame Show: Celtics at Cavs | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 02:00:00

Jon, Justin, and Kevin Henkin wrapped up the exhibition season and tried to read the tea leaves into who will make this 15 man roster, and who might not if Mike Sweetney does if reports by Yahoo's Adrian Wojnarowski today on twitter. Justin leaned on Tony Allen as the weakest link, but Kevin and Jon were of the mind that Giddens is more vulnerable due to the trade value of TA's contract. Jon called Mo Williams, he of the ridiculous antics on the bench during last year's end of regular season Cavs rout, a "frontrunning turd." No response from Mo's camp, but he was last seen taking a sweet shot to his mug courtesy of @CSL_Duke's BFF, @SheldenWilliams.

Featured Guest: Jessica Camerato | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 01:30:00

Following the Celtics victory over the Raptors in Toronto, Celtics Stuff Live rocked it out on a snowy October Sunday night as the piece begin to fall into place for the C's. Jessica Camerato of WEEI.com returned to the CSL airwaves to recount her interesting conversation with Ray Allen and his prospective jump into the world of politics. Jon and Justin talked with Jess about Scott Souza's column on Lester Hudson, Big Baby's maturity in the off season, and KG's leap to being a close facsimile of his old self from the near cripple he was described as being by some in the national media.

Gold Rarities Postgame Show: Celtics vs Raptors | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 01:30:00

The big story from this game was obviously the early and often use of the patented Rondo to KG alley oop, but strong performances by Lester Hudson are also beginning to make the CSL guys wonder whether he is destined to become a Red Claw.

Featured Guest: Marc Spears | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 01:30:00

Marc Spears discusses the Celtics and his new movie that was helped made possible in a very small part by his last appearance on Celtics Stuff Live.
