Lotus’s Romain Grosjean has been given a one-race ban (Les thinks this is harsh considering how they seem to not be as strict on Maldonado).LINK "We’ll announce the name of his replacement a bit later in the week."Lotus's reserve is former Marussia driver Jerome D'Ambrosio. Maldonado gets a two penalties, totaling 9 this season. The first penalty was handed down for his jump start. Danica held her own last weekend. It is hoped that the 2013 German Grand Prix can go ahead as scheduled at the Eifel track after Bernie Ecclestone recently said that the event may have to be moved to Hockenheim. With more than 20% of the current F1 grid from Germany (Michael Schumacher, Sebastian Vettel, Nico Rosberg, Nico Hulkenberg and Timo Glock) and a rich history, the German race is considered one of those that should be protected although both Nurburgring and Hockenheim have struggled to make the figures add up in recent years despite the home interest. LINK Dodge SRT taking next year off in NASCAR. Dodge could have gone with a smaller team. Furniture Row Racing was interested in moving from Chevy to Dodge. But Dodge wasn't interested. They were spoiled by Penske.
