Episode 131: Business change and game theorie | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: Unknown

After receiving lots of mail on business change that business change is to fluffy and full of management talk (in the negative way), I have tried in this podcast to descibe how business change can be described in a purely mathematical model that is build on logic and not on fluffy management hot air. I hope to explain how Enterprise Architects that are more of scientific or mathematical mind can analyse and interact with the business on a pure mathematical basis. Since most listeners are not mathematicans please excuse that I am just mentioning concepts here and will not dive into the formula itself, but at least I would like to reference them here. Additional the game theorie discussed here might also help you in other areas. From time to time I will also dive down in more scientific topics to compensate for all the other themes. The next episode on that theme that I am working on is an outlock into quantum computting that will hopefully follow in a month. Again any comments are highly welcomed, even the one that arived today that someone told me that he is finished on this netcast. Also again many thanks for all listeners as the Netcast has just doubled again in the last 6 month. Cay

Episode 130: EA and Software Architecture | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: Unknown

Hi, after having my teeth fixed, I want to disrupt the TOGAF series and first talk about software architecture and how I see it different to the IEEE definition, as I do not share the view of seperation between software architecture as the pure NFR part and functional software work only by the software designer as discribed in the frameworks. I will then also discuss of the interaction between EA and SA.

Episode 129: Critical view on TOGAF Part 7 | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: Unknown

The last few netcasts I have all produced beforehand as I have had an operation for quite a few dental implantants that did not work well with producing a podcast, so I hope after this episode to continue to produce some longer podacsts again. Best regards Cay
