A Pilgrimage by Bike - Girls and Gears | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 00:59:00

7:30pm Eastern Time, Tuesday, April 30 Danielle is back with another episode of Girls & Gears. In this episode, she talks with Jill Martindale and Emma Higgins. Last September, Jill and Emma battled adverse physical and mental conditions to complete an 18 day, self-supported 1,350 mile ride along the Lake Superior Circle Tour. It was the second of the great lakes for Jill, who plans to ride all five before trying her hand at the Tour Divide. The trip had been a first for Emma, who liked it so much that she is joining Jill around Lake Ontario this July. They met a few neat cyclists along the way, got their spirits squashed by Canadian locals, and saw a bald eagle in every tree. Be sure to listen to hear all the details!
