This morning the programme made history by broadcasting live from the highest court in the land - the Supreme Court. We spoke in detail to its president Lord Neuberger. He told us he's concerned that cuts to legal aid have made it more difficult for poorer people to get access to justice, and said it was clear that the system needed to be improved. Lord Neuberger also explained how the European Courts over-rule British laws and court rulings less frequently than many people might think - and he discussed the lack of the diversity among supreme court judges.

We hear from a woman whose entire adult life has been blighted by agoraphobia. Pat Cooper is 77. She hasn't been to her local town Darlington since the 60s - and has only managed brief visits to her local corner shop if supported by her daughter. She's missed holidays, family weddings, christmas shopping, days out in the park with her children and grandchildren. But last week she managed to conquer her fear of public places -so she could see her grandson collect a British Empire Medal. The woman, who we're calling "Lucy" has not seen her ex for almost two years. He is currently serving a prison sentence for raping her and an injunction is in place preventing him from going near her when he's released from prison.
