Freeze talks about the quality of today's Freestyle, Original vs Replacement singers, and much, much, more. Freeze talks about his Bell's Palsy. He describes how the pain on the side of his face caused him to go to the hospital. Once there he was diagnosed with pneumonia. It was until the second painful episode that he was properly diagnosed with Bell's Palsy. He shares how painful the experience was and how he was told various timelines for his Bell's Palsy to diminish. The Frozen Food Section with Freeze The Freestyle Club Episode 29: The Frozen Food Section with Freeze. We sit with Freeze and talk about his origin story. From prison to Artistik, Freeze shares his journey. Freeze tells us about doing Freestyle covers of his favorite artists. He eventually started meeting and networking with the artists. One such meeting was with Poze, who would introduce him to artists and producer, Willie Valentin. It was during this introduction that Freeze was given the opportunity to showcase his talents by writing and singing a new song on the spot. As a result, "This Is Why" was born, Freeze's first single on Artistik Records. It was written, recorded, and produced in one day.

Keeping It Classy with Trinere The Freestyle Club Episode 28: Keeping It Classy with Trinere tells the origin story of Trinere Veronica Farrington. Trinere is an accomplished singer, songwriter and recording artist  She's had many hit songs chart on Billboard. Hits such as All Night, I'll Be All You Ever Need, How Can We Be Wrong, just to name a few. We go back to when Trinere started her career in Florida. We talk about her meeting with legendary producer Tony Butler aka Pretty Tony. She gives us all the details and holds nothing back about her early years in Freestyle Music. She describes how her producer Tony Butler used to create his own sounds and built his own studio. They also used to press and ship their own vinyl records. We, of course, talk about contracts and you may be surprised by her response and the advice she gives to all female artists. We also talk about her decade-long absence from the music industry and the factors leading up to her return. We touch on the FB Live rants of her good friend Stevie B as well as getting her thoughts on Freestyle Music cliques, North vs South. Trinere tells us who she likes in the Freestyle Music genre and which new school artist/song she likes. The Lost Episode with Peter Fontaine The Freestyle Club Episode 27: The Lost Episode with Peter Fontaine. We talk to Peter Fontaine and find out how he got his start in Freestyle Music. Peter tells us about meeting various artists and producers in the Freestyle genre. He mentions how Frankie Cutlass helped him during his start in Freestyle. He also laments the advice Frankie gave him regarding Mic Mac vs High Power Records. As is traditional at The Freestyle Club, we talk about signing bonuses and contract terms. Peter breaks down what his contract was and how he was able to get out of the contract under Tony Garcia and High Power Records. We also touch on the "replacement" of Peter Fontaine by NV, and what his thoughts are. During his time at High Power Records, Peter also wrote songs for his label mates and he briefly goes over a few of those songs. Peter talks about his feeling regarding the Freestyle Music industry and how he has mixed feelings about returning to the genre. This mix features two mixes, one from The Santana Twins and the second mix features legendary producer Carlos "After Dark" Berrios Edit Mix. ERNESTO SANTANA: One of the turning points that made my brother and I fall in love with music was the SuperMix on KTU in the 80's with Paco. So we decided it's time to shake things up in the DJ world in 2018. We have reached out to a few friends to help us in our new endeavor. You might have heard them play music if you lived in NYC during the 80's and 90's. Blah, Blah, Expansion – Bonus Episode 6 This Blah Blah episode officially welcomes Nick Colon as the 3rd member of The Freestyle Club. Nick first appeared on The Freestyle Club as a guest during episode 22: Unbreakable with Nick Colon. He has also appeared on The Fracking Flat leaves and Clubhouse Dance Music. Nick talks about doing his first interview with Freestyle Music pioneer Andy Panda during the Second Generation with Andy “Panda” Tripoli episode. The Freestyle Club review fan feedback from Alex of Latin Nation who disagrees with us when it comes to artists taking responsibility for the projects they work on. Luis doesn't understand the hype over Jenee Renee's latest hit song. We finish off fan feedback with Zeke, who goes in on Tanassi about his spamming of links on artists' pages. We discuss Freestyle Armageddon Day aka June 8th. It seems that everyone in Freestyle has an event on Saturday, June 8th. In typical Freestyle Fashion, the genre implodes over competing events. Instead of celebrating the fact that Freestyle Music is about to host multiple events on a single, we instead draw battle lines and take sides. Royalty Radio has become the latest buzzword in the Freestyle community. The Freestyle Club attempts to break down the mission of Royalty Radio. CPR was approached for his Clubhouse Dance Music Logo, but other than that and a meeting to discuss generalities there isn't much information about Royalty Radio. Stay tuned, if we get any new information we'll be sure to pass it on. We do a quick and dirty mid-year review of the latest songs in the Freestyle Music genre. The Freestyle Club Episode 26: Second Generation with Andy "Panda" Tripoli The Freestyle Club sits down with the one and only, Song Writer and Producer Andy "Panda" Tripoli. We start things off with MTV's 2nd Generation hosted by Tony Moran (one half of the Latin Rascals) and Andy Panda. Andy talks about the creation of the show, being picked up for a second season, the representation of Latinos and Latin Hip Hop music and the reasons for the show ultimately being canceled. Andy goes on to talk about the genesis of The Cover Girls. He explains how his love of Motown Music and groups like The Supremes and others inspired him to create his own girl group. We set out with the concept and shared his vision with Sal Abbatiello of Fever Records. Eventually, after a few initial replacements, they finalize the members of The Cover Girls and Andy pens Show Me. We examine how Freestyle was "OUR" generation's Salsa Music. We reminisce about how our parents would play Salsa Music and how we grew up listening to Salsa Music. Now as we grew up our children, in turn, grew up listening to our version of Salsa Music with Freestyle Music. We also take note of how Old Salseros are not generally known to be accepting of new artists and how that mentality is now present in Freestyle Music. Proving that Andy Panda listens to The Freestyle Club, he sets the record straight on Together Forever and the role that Frankie Cutlass played in the creation of this Freestyle Classic. Andy talks about Tony Moran and his many contributions to the Freestyle Music genre. We wrap up the interview with Andy sharing his upcoming Freestyle Music projects.

The Freestyle Club Episode 25: Brooklyn Goes Hard with Nyasia (Part 2) Freestyle Music Recording Artists, Brooklyn's Own Nyasia takes The Third Chair. We play catch up with Nyasia, discussing her migration from NY to Florida and briefly compare the differences between the two states. We then get straight to it with Nyasia and her experiences online, from Freestyle Music messages boards to Social Media platforms such as Facebook. Nyasia, CPR, and DaUnknownAdmin talk about the early days of internet radio and the final days of The Freestyle File, Freestyle's first iRadio Freestyle Music Show. We discuss the many interviews they have done with Freestyle artists, including legendary producer Chris Barbosa. As always we ask our customary question of Nyasia, did she have a contract and did she get paid? She explains that while she is ultimately responsible, she does take to task Mickey and Marvin of Mic Mac Records. We also learn of a "copycat" version of Nyasia that performed in Brazil and we find out the identity of the individual. We close out this episode with a Bonus Edit Mix by DJ Paradise of The Freestyle File and Nyasia's Husband and Manager.

The Freestyle Club: Blah, Blah, Drama – Bonus Episode 5 This Blah Blah episode follows up on the Facebook Live videos made by POP & Freestyle Music Recording Artist Stevie B., Johnny O, and Frankie Cutlass. This time around The Freestyle Club is joined by special guest Nick Colon who explains the latest conflict between Frankie Cutlass and The Santana Twins. The Freestyle Club along with Nick Colon discusses the other Telenovela type drama that's currently happening in the Freestyle Music genre that even includes our very own CPR Jose Ortiz. CPR Jose Ortiz goes deep into details about the reasons he has banned Romeo Entertainment's Freestyle Music Vol. 1. He also discusses his issues with producer Tanassi Koulidis. Listen in as he takes us step by step, everything from the Planet Rock Beat to using known Freestyle Music producers as Work For Hire and removing all credits in the final productions. CPR tackles the criticisms and outright bashing by some in the Freestyle Community. He takes us back to 2004 to tell us the origins of his dispute with Andrea Martin. We also cover the CPR "Villian or Not" discussions undertaken by Bernado and his guests. We close out the episode by going around the table to get everyone's take on the drama, whether or not its a good or bad thing.

Nyasia reflects on the past and the toll it took on her personally and professionally. The GoFundMe topic comes up as Nyasia describes her experience using crowdfunding to raise funds to help support her son's medical needs. She details the thought process behind using GoFundMe and the backlash she received. We talk about the Freestyle Music industry as a whole. Bad contracts, labels, managers, etc are a recurring theme as Nyasia goes deep into her early years in the industry. We ask Nyasia what pisses her off the most about the music and she doesn't hold back. From the legend's backstabbing and disrespectful behavior towards each other to the low ball offers from promoters. To the online wars, which she feels have only gotten worse with social media. We also talk about Jennifer Lopez mentioning Freestyle and the fan's overreaction, as well as Marc Anthony's role in Freestyle Music. We go way back to talk about The Freestyle File, the pioneers of online Freestyle shows. Many years later, Nyasia and DJ Paradise are still receiving requests to bring back The Freestyle File. The Freestyle Club Episode 24: 418 Freestyle with Gino Caporale The Freestyle Club welcomes DeeJay, Producer, and CEO of 418 Music Gino Caporale to the Third Chair. We sit with Gino Caporale and talk about his early years as a deejay and how he became a Freestyle Music producer. We get into how he met Adam Marano and worked with him to produce his first Freestyle song. As a bonus, we finally get some insight into the many aliases used by Adam Marano. Gino talks to us about his work with Freestyle Music labels Mic Mac, Viper, and Metropolitan and going on to start his own dance music label 418 Music. The Freestyle Club Episode 23 : Rice and Beats with Aki Starr The Freestyle Club welcomes West Coast, Billboard Charting, Recording Artist, Actor, Dancer, Songwriter, Music Producer, and Radio Personality, Aki Starr to the Third Chair. Aki Starr member of Spanish Fly, Malo, several cover bands and even has performed as his idol, Michael Jackson. Aki talks about teaming up with Sway (MTV) and King Tech and auditioning for Spanish Fly. He gives us the history of Spanish Fly, both before he joined and what the group has accomplished since his arrival. Aki takes us through all his hits throughout the years including his current hit song "Voices In My Head". At the time of this interview "Voices In My Head" hit the Billboard Charts at #48. Just a few short weeks later, "Voices In My Head" has skyrocketed to #28.
