Summary: Outsourcing your BDC may initially seem like a great way to reduce expenses but outsourced teams are not going to be able to provide rapid responses to leads, calls, texts, and chats, manage your appointments, and follow up on actionable leads for your team. External BDC agents don't know your story or culture and might not handle every situation the way you'd like them to. Lack of CRM integration makes track-ability and reporting difficult.
