"Not A Big Enough Step": As FSU Heads into Year 3, where does Mike Norvell stack up with other 2020 CFB Head Coach Hires

Summary: Florida State Football wasn't the only college football program to hire a new head coach for the 2020 season. Now as we all head into year 3, the fellas here at Locked On Seminoles play a side-by-side comparison with the other coaches hired that year.  The coaching carousel was in full swing as the 2019 season concluded. While Mike Norvell was hired in early December, he was only the first domino to fall when it came to the new hires across the college football landscape. For starters, Lane Kiffin jetted off rom Boca Raton over to Oxford Mississippi to take over for former coach Matt Luke. High flying offense has followed Kiffin and has shown no signs of stopping. What about Sam Pittman at Arkansas? First big time head coaching job down there for the big man and all he has done has made the razorbacks the toughest out in the SEC West. And don't get Max, Dave & Drake started on Dave Aranda who took over a Baylor team that was mired in issues both on and off the field that festers not only the football team, but the entirety of the athletic department.  The job for the gang today is to pinpoint where are the differences between FSU's situation and those listed and the other coaches not mentioned, shout-out Mel Tucker & Mike Leach.
