Summary: Ever since I put myself through a Wim Hof breath and cold therapy session, I have been quietly fascinated and looking to learn more about the power of the breath. I have read books, listened to podcasts, watch videos and even had Deano from Bondi Rescue on my podcast to talk all about the Power of The Breath. After all of this, I came up with my own breath cycle that combines elements from everything I have heard and observed and it has helped me and many of my clients reduce anxiety and stress, sleep better and given an overall higher sense of well-being. I have had clients ask me to record a 10 minute guided breath cycle so that they could turn it on at any time and just follow along, rather than having to try and count it out themselves, which takes away from the experience.
