Listen as Dr. Cora Collette Breuner talks about the ongoing mental health crisis that contributes to sleep issues, managing wake-up times (even on the weekends), and of course, cutting that screen time at night.  Dr. Cora Collette Breuner is a member of the Division of Adolescent Medicine and the Orthopedics and Sports Medicine Department at Seattle Children’s Hospital. She is a Professor of Pediatrics and Adjunct Professor of Orthopedics and Sports Medicine at the University of Washington School of Medicine.
