Let's Talk Fast show

Summary: There were a number of goals I set out to achieve this year, both professionally and personally. One BIG push I wanted to make, was to put more of an effort into my running and to lay some serious foundations that would help set me up to become a much more efficient, stronger and overall FASTER runner. One of the BIG goals was to run 1000km in a year. This past week, 3 months earlier than anticipated, I was able to tick off that big goal and complete my 1000th km. I have learnt a lot over this time and I wanted to share with you those lessons.
