But what do we do when musicians in our group have tempo issues of their own? <a href="http://eumlab.com/pro-metronome/">The Pro Metronome app</a> is a great tool to be able to set up click tracks to have at the ready for live shows. But how do you get the entire band to gel to your tempos? We talk about that and more on today's rant.<br> <br> It's no secret... Keeping up with Drummers I Like Pro, managing 5 podcasts, structuring content plans and trying to create a community takes a toll on a team. This is why we are looking for interns again but this time we are picking very specifically. We need some help building our community, managing our social media, creating graphics, branding, editing videos, creating blog content, and more! It is a lot! I KNOW!!!
