This weeks habit: Family This week is all about the family and quite frankly one habit I enjoy more than any other in terms of immediate happiness. On this episode, I'm diving into the third part of your weekly planner and talking everything family. For me, My Wife and Son are my everything but making sure I keep in touch with family members like mom, dad, sis, uncles, aunts, and cousins is a big part of the Harmony you must keep within your most inner of circles. For most of you who may not be parents, I ask that you strive to develop stronger, deeper, more mature bonds with the closest family members and the ones that have spent the most time around you as they likely will help you the most. My current Family Habits: * Free play with my Son every day. * Read to my Son every day. * Play drums with my Son every day. * Plan a date night with my Wife. * Call closest family members (Mom, Dad, Sister) once a week.
