That is - the temptation to just fall back on, rely on, and use a backing track instead of just playing piano.  Two of the songs during the 'live' session at the time were performed with acoustic piano - Jealous Guy and Miss Sarajevo.  But when it came to putting the podcast together, I decided to record versions of both of those songs with backing tracks.  As well as wanting to improve the vocals, I wanted to make the song sound fuller, and also attempt to do the song justice.  And - it just feels nicer putting a better quality version of the song out there on the podcast, which I feel is more permanent and lasting than the fleeting, in the moment, 'live' Facebook video...
