Summary: The unconscious mind is like the resevoir of thoughts and ideas that we have accumulated over time that is outside of our immediate awareness. The conscious mind is some of that content that is within our immediate awareness. This video is my analysis on how our prevailant ignorance leads to the unconscious bias that has allowed matters such as racism and discrimination to thrive. I also discuss the solution from a sprituality and self-development perspective.
