Let's Talk Fast show

Summary: It was just over 4 years ago that I started my YouTube Series, "7 Diets in 7 Weeks" and little did I know back then that it would be the catalyst to a change in me that would change my life forever. Through that series I came across the world of fasting and the idea that maybe breakfast wasn't the most important meal of the day just as we had ALL been told it was sicne we were kids. This one idea helped my sister, my mother and many of my clients in my Exercise Physiology Clinic lose weight, feel amazing and take back control of their eating habits to see them happier and healthier than they had been in years. I then went on to write an Amazon best selling book called Start Late, Stay Light, start up an Instagram page, website and YouTube Channel with the title of "The No Breakfast Guy" and finally a podcast show (this one you are listening to right now) that would allow me to post, talk and video about the idea of Fasting, Fat Loss, Fitness and Food. After YEARS of putting out content, for free, EVERY SINGLE DAY and helping thousands of people around the world improve their health, improve their relationship with themselves and the food they eat as well as see the idea of skipping the morning meal lose it's taboo nature, I was then approached by Amazon to come and share that story with their AWS office in Melbourne. I truly had to pinch myself as I stood in the reception waiting area, with that ICONIC Amazon logo behind me as I waited to be introduced to the staff of Amazon employees that would come to listen to my talk that day.
