Summary: Alica’s love affair with flowers began while growing up in Northern California spending time playing and clipping in her grandmother’s garden. She began her career whilst working a 9-5 job when she began taking floral design classes in the evenings, and shortly after, she started her business, Bella Fiori. She’s still designing after 10 years, but now she also writes the Flirty Fleurs blog, coaches new business owners, gardening, and traveling to conferences and floral cities!
