She didn’t initially get into college either, but worked her way into being accepted into the undergrad program. (She shares the details of all this on the show.)<br> After earning her MBA, Kelsey went into management consulting, but found herself, “just dreading Mondays”, so she quit. Going with her instincts, she decided she wanted a job where she could build things and “see the dirt move.” While in $112,000 of debt, and with a whole lot of hustle, she started Belvedere Place Construction and built it to the point she was named Canada’s Top Female Entrepreneur for two years in a row.<br> Hear how it all happened, step by step, here on Glambition Radio.<br> A life-threatening health condition she discovered a few years ago made Kelsey re-think her career path. She was proud of what she’d done, but was ready for something else.
