Summary: The more you give, the more you will receive. That's not my opinion- that's a law of the universe! And if you're interested in growing your network, building your business and earning massive cashflow, you're going to need to figure out how to give more of yourself. Look at your competitors, the ones who are able to outspend you 20-1. They're not just advertising more- they've figured out how to give their customers incredible value. The only way to compete with those guys is to give more (or maybe just give more creatively).
