Episode 11: Timecop

Deconstructing Movies Podcast show

Summary: We have a special place in our hearts for shitty movie science AND naked karate, so it was only a matter of time before we covered the Jean-Claude Van Damme classic Timecop. Part Terminator and part Groundhog Day, Timecop is, as Adam admits, the second best Van Damme movie in which he plays two versions of himself. Like any good time travel movie, it's riddled with plot holes and faulty logic, but when you add in the fact that the script only exists to bride the scenes between epic splits, you get one mess of a movie. Check out the full episode where we discuss why a small, covert time travel police agency needs its own internal affairs department, and where those goddamn sleds go when you travel in time.
