Basically, the premise is that you use the search tool and select a habit that you'd like to form.  Once you've found it, then you join in with  a group.  Each day that you do that habit, you press the big check mark.  It tracks your efforts over time.  But as you do this, your also a part of a group of others with the same goal.  You can give those people props (like or plus one) to help encourage them or give them a comment.  You can also set the app to remind you to do something at a certain time each day.
