Every large purchase investment requires a micro commitment. This concept comes from a famous book called "Influence" by Dr. Robert Cialdini. A micro commitment will ensure the rest of the investment gets funded. If you are having trouble recouping your sales you need to install the micro commitment.

When you have conviction, you can sell all day long, 70% or higher, because sales is that transference of energy.
