After having the idea for nearly a decade, Bomani Mintz launched Crave It to serve as the next-gen niche platform for foodies. Aside from talking about the app, we get personal on his struggles and how many no's he had to hear, to finally get a yes. Crave It is now available in the Google Play and App Store.

Returning nearly 2 years later for a part 2 interview, I have Bakersfield artist Ness Julius. We talk about his latest project Pretty Girls Cry Too and catch up on what's happened since our last conversation. Let's just say he's one viral hit away from being mainstream.

Leadership is one of those things that has a negative meaning in the minds of most. A bad workplace experience mixes the definition of boss and leader, and politicians lead people to believe that leaders are corrupt. Leadership is about service and about establishing a vision, not about barking orders. When the average man or woman, realizes that they too are leaders, and come to respect it, change will begin in homes, our communities, and in the world.

Is everybody equal? This is the question I discuss in this episode of Chase the Vision. I’m not talking in terms of controversy, but rather in terms of success and how we perceive people of influence. For some reason it’s as if those who are materialistically successful are viewed as “gods” in their own right by the general populace. This phenomena is known as the Halo Effect. The question is, how can we use it to our advantage?

I was in a total of 3 network marketing companies, on 4 different occasions, over the span of 2 years. That's a mouthful isn't it? Anyways, I learned a lot from being in the industry, but ultimately thought it best to quit entirely. I share a few of my experiences, and tell you why in this event  filled episode.
