So he flew to Birmingham, Alabama, to be there when Foster's family announced it had filed a wrongful death lawsuit against the Pickens County Alabama Sheriff's office. The suit alleges that sheriff officials “tased, struck, beat, and choked" Foster, causing him to die when he was in custody for speeding. That's right--speeding.
