A Bush-era modifier has been revised to let contractors know when you’ve reported a claim under the Waiver 1135 exception. CMS has published more FAQs, with an update not only on April 28th but again on April 30th. Then, they canceled their “office hours” call on April 30th! A free-for-all broke out and once again people started posting erroneous information to LinkedIn and specialty websites. Needless to say, Terry had a lot of fires to put out last week!
