The 80/20 rule, also known as the Pareto Principle, states that 80% of results in a system come from 20% of the causes. Its origins stem back to Vilfredo Pareto, an economist who noticed 80% of Italy's land was owned by 20% of the population.  The original observation was in connection with population and wealth. Pareto noticed that approximately 80% of Italy's land was owned by 20% of the population. A UX design process typically follows something similar to a design thinking approach, which consists of five basic phases: Empathize with the users (learning about the audience) Define the problem (identifying the users' needs) Ideate (generating ideas for design). The UX process is an iterative method which helps you to continuously improve and polish your designs with user feedback.
