Introducing Amy O’Brien, the new principal for Cheshire's Doolittle Elementary School. Corey & Tricia get to know the new principal and give her the Cheshire Cast once over. We cover some silly and then some serious in this one. We did discuss current topics from clothing to bullying and more. We enjoyed hanging out with Amy and hope you will give her a warm welcome her into our community and the lives of our children. We are looking forward to her first year as the new principal.

Corey is joined this week by Guest Co-Host Stephanie Carlson. We meet Stephen and Thomas Mulholland from Spirits Alive Cemetery Tour. We had such a great time with these two that it became impossible to edit the episode down to an hour. We learn about two very bright and entertaining young men from Cheshire and the Spirits Alive Cemetery tour which takes place every October. The program benefits the Cheshire Historical Society.

Giving back to your community is the easy part, figuring out HOW can be the hard part. On this episode we talk with Gary Richards & Jennifer Reynolds of Cheshire West Community Butterfly Gardens. We discuss the up and down of managing a community garden. We learn about Monarch butterflies, the importance of milkweed and so much more. Giving back to the community certainly has it's rewards.

After a slight delay in production we are happy to bring you our latest episode. We sat down for a discussion with Jeffrey Solan, Cheshire's School Superintendent. We had a lot of ground to cover, so this will be the first of a multi-part series. We did our best to keep the episode near an hour long.
