J is detailed oriented and that comes through when you read his books, he offer's a step-by-step plan to help you when you are just starting out or even if you’re a pro.  What I really like is the framework J lays out in the book, he teaches us about the 25 components of a house. I found this extremely helpful in the beginning when I was plugging in numbers as a new investor, it gave me the confidence to write offers and be within the ballpark for items like HVAC, electrical, Cabinets, flooring, and everything else that makes up a property.
