I wish I could tell you that this was all about the traditional back to school topic... actually, no I don't. This is one of those conversations that nobody can really understand how they happen, they just do! It's easy for us to fall into the "summer guilt" trap thinking that our summer was a complete failure. As moms, we tend to only see the negative aspects of how our summer turned out. But take an honest look and really assess how your summer was. Did you accomplish some goals? Did you spend time with your kids? Do THEY think the summer was a bust? In this episode I share my heart to all the mommas out there who may have fallen into "mom guilt" about the summer that is quickly coming to an end. Enjoy!

Personally for me, it fills my tank. It revives me and energizes me to have new experiences. Be sure you're not walking through life looking for everyone and anyone's approval on anything. Be sure that you're taking your direction and approval from the ONE that aligns it all! Here's the thing - the rest of it doesn't matter. Whether it's people who aren't who they portray on Social Media or it's people wanting to gossip and start dissension or its a failed or switching business.
