Which was a huge step as she had left school at the age of 13 with no qualifications to her name due to bullying.  Since then Katie has built a multi award winning salon which is now being franchised out across the UK. Katie wanted the highest of standards across the salons and within the industry so she launched KG Professional. A training academy and eyelash product range. Within 6 months of launching the product range for professionals, they hit over 500 salons and now sold all over the world. Plus thousands of students have trained with KG.  Katie is a dedicated mentor and has conducts various talks and mentoring sessions at colleges and events about her story and is passionate about motivating others in building their careers. Courtney Buhler is a wife, mother of 3, award-winning lash artist, speaker, entrepreneur, and CEO of Sugarlash PRO. Courtney began her lash career as a 19-year-old single mom. In spite of a less than impressive lash course, Courtney’s home-based lash business was fully booked within 4 weeks. From there, a flourishing home-based business grew into a 10-person commercial lash lounge called Lash Affair (est: 2010), offering the city’s most luxurious lash treatments. Despite the success of Lash Affair, Courtney felt the need to address the poor quality product and education she saw in the lash world.
