Pure Experiences

Observation is an act of gaining knowledge using our own minds as a tool. It is much more than just looking, it is looking without the fog of conditioning and beliefs, and consciously and carefully arriving at an answer to a question. It is a skill every seeker must have, it is an art that can be learnt via practice and proper guidance. A sharp observation will end the need for books or teachers, you will never need to memorize a single thing, and you will be always 100% sure of what you know. Most importantly, you will be able to destroy your ignorance at a blinding speed.

Our thoughts and actions direct our lives. They are a function of our mind. When we understand our minds, we gain power over our lives. When we know our mind, we know all minds, that gives us power over other people. Knowledge of the mind is the first step towards purifying it of all the impurities, ignorance and afflictions. Knowing your mind is the most important thing that you will do in this life. In this part, we discuss the perception in more detail, and memory and knowledge.

Yet another taboo topic. Lets add more fuel to the fire. I will present my own perspective on the so called paranormal experiences. From the point of view of someone on the path of knowledge, everything is normal. Its nothing special at all. However, we can turn the exciting and adventurous investigations into occult and paranormal into great learning opportunities. How to do that? Lets explore together.

The topic of death is a taboo as far as ordinary people are concerned, but for a seeker, death is the most interesting and most important experience. In this meeting we will go into the areas of knowledge no one dares to go. Continuing in the direction of the previous topic, we will explore the nature of a death experience and I will provide a rough guide for dealing with it effectively, so that instead of being a total loss, it can become an enlightening experience for a seeker.

What is this (often controversial) phenomenon of rebirth or reincarnation? How does a seeker on the path of knowledge approach the teachings regarding rebirths? How do we even know such a process exists? What can a seeker do to gain knowledge about it or to refute it? What are the ways to start our investigation into this matter?  These and more questions will be answered in this meeting. As we know the rebirth is closely related to the concept of liberation and hence a seeker must dig out the truth behind this even before he considers liberation as his goal.

This is the second part of previous topic on the path of knowledge. We will explore the ways to evaluate knowledge in terms of truth and certainty. We will see how to utilize a trick called "living faith" in order to get knowledge faster.

What is knowledge? What is truth? How to gain knowledge and how to know if something is true? We will explore these questions in this meeting. For anyone on the path of knowledge it is immensely important to know this.

There is often this question that, given our current existence as a human being with a body and a mind, what one should do? In other words how to live this human life? Most of us blindly follow what others are doing, or whatever we were told to do, resulting in a less than optimal experience. We will see that the goal has been already set for you, and it is - Happiness and Freedom. No matter what you do, you end up choosing an action that leads to happiness and freedom. We are incapable of choosing anything else. We will discuss about how to achieve this effortlessly and practically.

All experiences are made up of patterns and processes. They are ever changing and infinite. Mind is just one of these. How does it originate and what does it do? Understanding our own mind is a must for every seeker. We will take a closer look at this interesting object.

You must have encountered those teaching which say one thing and then say exactly the opposite. And both statements are true. Most of the spiritual knowledge is paradoxical. Hence a mystic is always right, even though he says nothing of substance. We will see some examples and find a way to deal with paradoxes.

The other part of the Presence, although illusory and transient is also important. It is all that we can experience. It is the manifested existence. We will check what it is and establish some basic facts via direct observations.
