This week we talk to Priscilla Hamby, a.k.a. Rem (Devil’s Candy, Soulless, Vampire Kisses,) about her career, Tokyopop’s Rising Stars of Manga, American comics, and how peoples’ perception of manga influenced work has changed over the years. Rem is one of our favorite artists and dream guests, and it was such a pleasure to talk with her about her influences and her work.
