Celebrating Bobby G's Contribution To It's Real Talk Radio | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 02:06:00

Tonight, on It's Real Talk Radio, we will be celebrating Bobby G and his contribution to the movement! Bobby G is now the second longest running co-host in It's Real Talk Radio history, and that's saying something! March 28th, 2021, marked the 1 year anniversary of Bobby G's continuous dedication, and I, Tay Real, host and creator of It's Real Talk Radio, couldn't be more grateful! It takes real commitment to stay on a podcast for a whole year straight when you could be doing a ton of other things with your leisure! With us being a weekly show, Bobby has now been in over 50 continuous shows with us, and that doesn't include the "NFL Weekly Wrap Up" on It's Real Talk Radio, which he's the former co-host of nor does it include shows where he called in or was a guest for the night! It's as simple as this. I had a vision, Bobby saw that vision and he believed in it too and Bobby just so happens to be a real one, so he rocked out with the movement and has not cemented himself on the It's Real Talk Radio Mt. Rushmore. We will be revisiting some of the topics we've covered on the show over the past year, and seeing how much content Bobby can remember being involved in. We're also gonna play some fun games and taka a trip back to Bobby's upbringing, to see how life conditioned him to become the honorable man he is today. Ladies and gents, I present to you, the man, the king, the legend, MY BOY, Mr. Bobby G! #ItJustGotReal Call In # 563-999-3434

A Look Inside The Current Dating Market For Single Men | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 02:19:00

Tonight, on It's Real Talk Radio, we will be taking a look inside the current market for single men and discussing what it's like for single men right now. It's pretty standard to discuss what the dating market is for women but very rarely do we focus the microscope on the men's side of the fence. So what is it like for a single man in 2021? We are here to tell you from a man's perspective! Like women, there are trials and tribulations that single men face and it isn't the cake walk some women may think. There is a lot of pressure on men to hunt, be smooth, get all the women, get laid, be able to control his woman, be successful when he approaches a woman, be desirable, have the means to provide, a certain income, pay for dates, be a certain height, a certain build, have a certain type of hair, certain eye color, certain skin complexion, be an alpha (while not being controlling), lead but let his woman lead too, the list is endless! Most women have no idea what men in the dating market go through until they have sons who grow up to be men, and they experience it firsthand. Some women think that men just complain about a bunch of nothing and that they have it easy, since they don't have to have periods or bare children. Men tend to get treated like emotionless objects that are only here to serve the purpose of fulfilling a woman's greatest desires and fantasies. Well tonight, we're gonna play a little game of "Show & Tell." You may wonder where we're going with this. Well we're gonna log onto a dating app and read some of the bios of real life single women on the dating market and let you hear for yourself what single men are dealing with nowadays! Oh, you better believe, this is gonna be one for the ages! Fellas, we got y'all! Ladies, walk with us, as we take you on a journey that many men face on the daily! Call In # 563-999-3434

Real Talk with BossChick Raine | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 01:35:00

Tonight, on It's Real Talk Radio, we will be talking Hip Hop and Battle Rap with (long-time friend of the show) BossChick Raine. For you battle rap fans, we will be discussing the URL, QOTR and all the big name battlers and the big name leagues. For you Hip Hop heads, we will be getting all into Hip Hop history and discussing where Hip Hop is now. Not only that, we will also be discussing the pandemic and how Raine has been moving since its inception. We have a curve ball for you though. We will also be discussing dating and relationships. Something we've yet to do with BossChick Raine on our platform. What inspired us discussing dating is a post BossChick Raine made about the controversial YouTuber, Kevin Samuels, who speaks on men who are the bread winners and leaders of their relationships. These men are referred to as “High Value Men” and a lot of women don't take kindly to Kevin's unapologetic approach. After commenting and Inboxing Raine, we invited her to come on and discuss these controversial topics and she agreed, so here we are! If you don't know BossChick Raine, she's a female battle rapper, interviewer and podcaster. You can catch her on YouTube, interviewing some of battle rap's top MC's. She even has a dope interview with Hip Hop legend, Lord Jamar. Whether it's battling, interviewing or commentating, BossChick Raine is one of battle rap's most dedicated contributors. Whether you're a Hip Hop fan, a battle rap fan, or you just enjoy discussions about dating and what's going on in the world, this is a show you don't wanna miss out on.  Real Talk with Lil Tay Real | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 00:48:00

Tonight, on It's Real Talk Radio, we will be celebrating a birthday with a special someone. Lil Tay Real (the son of host Tay Real) will be hanging out with us, on his birthday, to talk about his birthday, school, what he wants to be when he grows up and the Coronavirus pandemic. This quote is directly from Tay Real: "It is a huge honor to interview my son, live on air, on his 6th birthday. He is smart beyond his years and an amazing young child. I couldn't be prouder!" This is ground breaking for our show as Lil Tay Real will be the first child to be interviewed in our 7 year history. It is important to give the children a voice because they have a lot to say as they have been dealing with the same roller coaster ride as the adults throughout this pandemic. So many children have missed out on playing with their friends and seeing family members, especially the elderly and those with pre-existing health conditions. Some children haven't seen their grandparents in almost a year while others have yet to meet their school teacher face to face this school year. It's also difficult to make new friends when you aren't going to the playground and you're going to school virtually. How do the parents of young children K-2 get to connect and more importantly, how do their parents get to connect, so they can exchange contact information and allow the kids to interact outside of virtual learning? These are some of the challenges that we face in 2021, as we continue to work to get back to some degree of normalcy. This is gonna be a great one and definitely kid friendly! Kids almost communicate telepathically, that's how in sync they are with one another, so by all means, let your child tune in and listen as a family. We know you're just as proud of your children as Tay Real is of his. It doesn't get any realer than this! Don't miss out! #ItJustGotReal

Talking Fitness & Entrepreneurship with Special Guest Chiquita Harris | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 01:50:00

Tonight, on It's Real Talk Radio, we will be joined by Chiquita Harris. Born and raised in the Chi (Chicago), Chiquita developed a passion for fitness back in 2016 and hasn't looked back since. Chiquita is a former 3 sport athlete: Cross Country, Track & Field, and Basketball. During her high school years, Chiquita was a star athlete in track & field and was so good, that during her freshman year, her coach noticed how fast she was running during practice and decided to let her compete in the varsity relay race, in which her team placed first. She remained on varsity for the remainder of her high school years. During her junior year, her coach came to her and offered her a full 4 year scholarship, for any college of her choosing, but due to occurrences in her personal life, she kindly declined. Chiquita grew up in a 2 parent home with a loving mother who was a career beautician and a woman of God for 40 years now and a loving father who showed the definition of dedication, as he dedicated 30 years of his life to his career and is now retired. With 3 sisters and 2 brothers, Chiquita is from a big family and a devoted Christian. Chiquita is now a personal trainer (with clients) and is looking to start her own gym in the Chicago area. She already has the blueprint of how she wants her gym to be set up and she is locked in and ready to make it happen, as she has been campaigning to get her vision off the ground. If you look at the pictures we've included in the slideshow, you'll see that Ms. Harris is about business! That said, you can find her on Facebook live, discussing not only fitness and promoting her upcoming business, but discussing everyday life stuff as well. Likeable, relatable and professional, this is a woman who is deserving of her dream becoming a reality. Call In # 563-999-3434 Chiquita's Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/lala.paris.39

Living A Poly Life With Special Guest, Praedian Montgomery | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 02:17:00

Tonight, on It's Real Talk Radio, we will be joined by special guest Praedian Montgomery, and the topic of discussion is poly life. Don't let the witty wordplay and intellect of this brother fool you. Praedian is a native of Baltimore City and is from the hood! But having been raised by great parents who are career professionals, you would never know. Just as well as he can talk evolution and astrophysics, he could point you to the weed man, dope boys, and let you know which neighborhoods to stay away from, if you a'int about that life. So how did we get here? Well Praedian is a childhood friend of host Tay Real, and after reconnecting and engaging in some intriguing debates via Facebook, they agreed that an official discussion on air would make for some great dialogue. Praedian, the son of monogamous parents, has grown an interest in poly, in recent years. How or why? Well that's what we're here to find out today. Polyamory in America has become increasingly popular, after being frowned upon for ages. But is it really that bad? Are poly people really the true domestic outlaws of America, or are they just misunderstood and to be more direct, hated on? One could argue, the reason most people are so against plural relationships and plural marriages is that they themselves lack the ability to successfully live the lifestyle, so from the opposing perspective, they see participants as having their cake and eating it too. We must acknowledge that statistically speaking, around 30 to 40% of Americans couples cheat, and this is just from what is documented. What about all of the couples who don't put their business out on social media and share with everyone? It's reasonable to assume those #'s are 20 to 30% higher! But in plural relationships, you don't have that issue so much. Time to get real!

Are You The Alpha Or Beta Of Your Relationship? | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 01:46:00

Tonight, on It's Real Talk Radio, we will be discussing alpha males vs beta males. The question we're asking is “Are you the alpha or beta of your relationship?”, or “Are you possibly the omega of your relationship?” Well history shows that anything short of an alpha is settling for most heterosexual women. You ever wonder why the neighborhood drug dealer gets all the women and even the college degree career guy falls short? Well most drug dealers, so called gangsters and so on are typically alpha males, because you have to be in that lifestyle or you will get ran over. We can play politics and pitch the whole fairy tale ending where the princess kisses the prince and he goes from a frog back to a man and they ride off into the sunset to live happily ever after, but this is real life and we ARE ON It's Real Talk Radio, so let's keep it real! Women aren't attracted to beta males which most nice guys are. You know the reward most men get for being beta males? Friend zoned! Oh yes, that infamous friend zone is the female of all dogs, aint it?! We see relationships where the woman wears the pants and is the leader of the house hold. These women are typically referred to as alpha females and if we're gonna be real about it, we all know alpha females don't respect men, especially men who allow themselves to be dominated. To those of you who challenge the previous statement, understand that the mere thought of a dominate female is hypocritical to the role of a man. Basically if she wears the pants, he wears the skirt and his manhood will eventually be annihilated. Well this is why it's time to have this conversation. Alpha males have been a hot topic since forever but wit the rise in beta males, the alpha male topic has become as popular as ever. Well it's time to dig in with the realest duel in podcasting!  Celebrating Black History Month | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 02:11:00

Tonight, on It's Real Talk Radio, we are celebrating Black History Month! It has been a long road for Black people in America and we still have a long way to go, but there has been tremendous progress made from the early 1900's to the 2020's. The very foundation of the United States was built off the back of Black slaves who provided free labor, by force! We can open up the history books and visit way too many horror stories of Black men, women and children being mistreated, abused, assaulted and murdered. The history of this country is a very dark one indeed. This is the reason the phrase "Make America Great Again" is so offensive to Black people, because the further you go back, the worse they had it. We found it very important to have a show celebrating Black History Month to pay homage to all of the heroric Black legends that came before us, so tonight is a special one. We have audio of speeches from some of the greatest Black speakers of all-time and we will be sharing these great speeches with you throughout the show. That's right, we have speeches from: Malcom X, Martin Luther King, James Baldwin, Marcus Garvey, and former president Barack Obama! Oh yes, this is gonna one for the ages! Legendary Black speakers, protestors and leaders paved the way for the current American Blacks to have the lives they have now. You like that nice car you drive around every day? Loving your nice house you bought out in the suburbs? Do you appreciate the great career you have that helps you provide for yourself and your Black family? Well you can think former Black activists, speakers and point blank, Black leaders for the lives you have now and because of that, we must never forget and always acknowledge their sacrifice and greatness. Well that's what tonight is all about! So please, join us in celebration as we acknowledge and pay homage to our greats!

Black Panther Robbed For "Best Picture" Award At The 2019 Oscars | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 02:05:00

February 2019 has been one of the worst Black History Month's in recent time. Jussie Smollett allegedly lies about being a victim of a homophobic/racist attack and as a result, may lose his role on Empire, the opportunity to find more work in Hollywood and worst of all, potentially do jail time, all while slapping his fellow Blacks and LGBT Community in the face. R. Kelly finally gets indicted for sexual assault allegations (fueled by the Life Time docuseries "Surviving R. Kelly") only to be bailed out and now free to lurk again until his trial, comedian/podcaster Joe Rogan gets exposed by Info Wars creator Alex Jones for calling Black people apes, clothing line powerhouse "Gucci" releases a sweater depicting the racially and stereotypically offensive "Black Face" and Black Panther loses the Oscars "Best Picture Award" to Green Book, GREEN BOOK? GREEN BOOK! (Soldier Boy voice). A nice slap in the face to Black America to end 2019's Black History Month off in typical European fashion. To rub it in even more, there are some behind the scenes issues going on and the continuation for "It's Real Talk Radio" for the near future is heavily in question and it's not looking too promising. This is why you haven't seen a show posted in weeks. When I say this is one of the worst Black History Months in recent times, I really mean it from the core of my stomach! Well tonight it's time to let off some steam and put it out into the atmosphere. Y'all know how we do on IRTR, there will be no punches held. Why? Cuz we give you Real Talk with Real People. Callers are welcome to get in on this discussion. It's time to let loose. Call In #347-838-9540 #ItJustGotReal

 Surviving R. Kelly Review (#MuteRKelly) | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 02:07:00

Tonight, on It's Real Talk Radio, we'll be discussing the controversial 6 part series, "Surviving R. Kelly." Courtesy of the TV Network "Lifetime," the world got to witness an inside view of R. Kelly's lifestyle and behavior towards women. Especially young women! Most people find R. Kelly's behavior disgusting, inhumane and flat-out sickening. The type of behavior R. Kelly's is accused of having is disgraceful. From mental to abuse to physical and sexual abuse, to forced starvation, to manipulation and deceit of teenaged girls, to pedophilia, to child , the type of behavior R. Kelly has displayed would land most men under the jail, but for some reason R. Kelly has managed to beat the system. Ever since the release of the infamous Sex Tape, there were many questions we've had for R. Kelly and with the release of "Surviving R. Kelly", we have even more questions. Even after all of the evidence against him, R. Kelly remains a free man and in power, which allows him to continue running his establishment in a colt like fashion. Side note: If you haven't seen all 6 parts to "Surviving R. Kelly", it is highly recommended that you watch all 6 parts before coming to the table with your opinion. So for those of you who saw "Surviving R. Kelly", where do you stand? Do you think the media and The Powers That Be are out to get R. Kelly and if so, why? Do you think that was R. Kelly on that sex tape peeing on that young 14 year old girl? Do you think R. Kelly is guilty but should get a pass? Do you believe the women who have come forward? Or do you think R. Kelly is a monster and should be thrown under the jail? We'll be getting into our views and perspectives of "Surviving R. Kelly and we invite you to join us for this much needed discussion.  Do You Support The Death Penalty? | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 02:00:00

Tonight, on It's Real Talk Radio, we will be discussing the infamous Death Penalty. There has been an endless debate on if the Death Penalty is justified, pending personal, political and religious beliefs. You can't find much more of a controversial topic than this one. So ask yourself a question. Do you think there's ever an action taken by a human being that warrants the Death Penalty as a punishment? How about serial rapists, pedophiles, mass shooters? Well studies show that if you ask 10 different people, you may get 10 different explanations as to why or why not the Death Penalty should be legal in all states. Now we know the Death Penalty has become less and less popular over the years with multiple states removing it from state law, but do people who are responsible for multiple casualties really deserve to live out the rest of their natural lives while robbing multiple people of theirs and leaving family, friends and loved ones forever mourning? We will be sharing our individual opinions on the matter and we invite you to share yours as well. You can email us, Inbox us on Facebook or even call in. We'd luv to hear your feedback.   Call In # 347-838-9540 Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/ItsRealTalkRadio Twitter: https://twitter.com/ItsRealRadioMD
