Nashville Glam! These ladies are wild, crazy, rowdy, fantastic, talented, and fun. They are experts in hair and makeup and have "glammed" all the stars including Kesha, Sam Hunt, A Thousand Horses, Jana Kramer, Maddie and Tae, Keith Urban, Thomas Rhett, Danielle Bradbury (to name a few) and they even did all the hair and makeup for the pics I took for my Hyper Podcast photoshoot! They sing in harmony (sort-of) and they just tell the craziest behind the scene stories. They also share easy hair and makeup tips that anyone can do at home to feel like a million. You will laugh your ass off listening to them!

POWER COUPLE of songwriting. Gary has written 14 #1 songs, 24 top 10 hits, 32 top 40 hits for artists like Patty Loveless, Tim McGraw, Wynonna, Conway Twitty, Ty Herndon. He's also in the Country Music Hall of Fame and is in Ringo Star and Carole King's bands.. The stories he tells are UNREAL! Georgia wrote The smash "I'm In" for Keith Urban, and has had songs recorded by Faith Hill, Kenny Chesney, Reba, Martina to name a few. Together, they are in the band Blue Sky Riders with Kenny Loggins... This life they lead is pretty incredible!

Rachel Reinert! This beautiful brunette (inside and out) was the main chick in Gloriana. This is the first interview she did after parting ways with the band, and she talks all about trusting her instincts, having patience, and being open to opportunities on this new road. We also share an obsession to vacuum (like it's a problem lol)! She talks about touring with Taylor Swift for 2 years and how it felt to win the breakthrough Artist Award at at the American Music Awards against Lady Gaga And Drake! This girl is a star!

CODY ALAN! This guy is a main face of CMT. Cody and I talk about how he got his start from working at a radio station in Dallas, the power of visualizing what you want, his religious background, and we role play on hosting- he teaches me all his ways! He also tells tons of funny stories he has encountered with celebrities, including Brett Eldredge shooting him in the face with a tequila watergun... I also find out what it would take for him to host CMT's HOT 20 Countdown naked!

This guy is one the most successful songwriters in country music. He has written 15 #1 songs, more than 10 top 10 songs, and over 1000 songs recorded by artists including Reba, Brooks & Dunn, George Strait, Faith Hill and Tim McGraw. He has had such a colorful life filled with beginning in a rock-n-roll band from Youngston Ohio, moving to Nashville, becoming a session player, which lead him to writing songs, which lead him to a whirl-wind life of success, a marriage and divorce to Pam Tillis, partying and living the wild life, to sobering up and settling down with the love of his life Leslie Tomasina.  Bob does not hold a thing back, and is the most charismatic, kind soul. He is a member of the Nashville Songwriter Hall of Fame and the Nashville Walk of Fame. I left this interview feeling completely inspired!

The Warren Brothers! These guys are insane- like off their rocker, in the best way possible! They tell crazy stories about getting wild with Dierks Bentley and on top of it all, they have written over 20 Tim McGraw songs, as well as hits for Faith Hill, Martina McBride, Brooks & Dunn, and they had their own show on CMT "Barely Famous" where they just got into all sorts of shenanigans with famous artists.

The man, the myth, the legend Rod Essig! This guy is one of the biggest power players at CAA (Creative Artist Agency). And he has the most colorful and interesting life. He began his career singing with Cher, and then went on to represent some of the biggest artists from Martina McBride, Tim McGraw, and Taylor Swift. He shares so many stories about what happens behind the scenes in the music industry... You will not want to miss!

Corey Crowder is a hit songwriter - he had a 3 week #1 song with Chris Young's "I'm Coming Over,' and another #1 with duet "Think of You" with Chris Young and Cassadee Pope. He also is a badass producer. He produced Chris Young's latest album and is producing Cassadee Pope. On top of it all, he's an incredible family man and just had a little girl Carolina Joy! We talk about how he got his musical start with MTV and all the twists and turns in this wild industry. He's hilarious, insightful and real.

Kree Harrison! In This interview Kree shares her life story and musical journey starting when she went on The Rosie O'Donnell show when she was just a kid all the way to getting runner-up on American Idol Season 12. She has the voice and soul of an angel and just released new music "This Old Thing," that is absolutely incredible, and recorded in ONE TAKE. You will not want to miss!

What a fun interview with Post Monroe! These ladies just finished recording their EP "Red Hot American Summer" produced by Dave Haywood from Lady Antebellum. We talk about which Kardashian each one of them is, Shelby's incredible dating life, what their sound is musically and how they came together as a trio so naturally. Also, one of these ladies is married to the SON of Lorrie Morgan and Keith Whitley, another one went on Survivor and the Amazing Race, and one was Reba's personal assistant!

Moms in Music City! In honor of Mother's Day this past Sunday, I interviewed 3 of my favorite new moms: Kristen Brust, Audrey Guest, and Mary Catherine Musick. We talk EVERYTHING baby: pregnancy, labor, all the pressure of going natural or not, breast feeding or not, how babies affect marriage- these ladies get real and honest and it is so inspiring and insightful! Also, they all are connected to the music industry! Kristen worked for Big Machine Label and is married to Preston from the Country Duo LoCash. Audrey's dad is The platinum selling artist David Ball and she and Mary Catherine were in a duo together called The Mercy Birds.

LIT has had some of the biggest songs in history, including "My Own Worst Enemy" that was an 11 week #1! What?! Ajay and Jeremy Popoff, the 2 founding brothers of the band, talk about touring, success, evolving, being eaten by Pamela Anderson (yes, she ate them in a music video) Also they share where they are headed next musically!

Sarah Davidson is a Nashville Fashionista. She owns a fantastic, chic clothing store called KITTY. Sarah's mission with her brand is to empower women, stating "At KITTY we celebrate the Renaissance women of Yesterday while providing authentic, fashion forward Nashville street style to the Renaissance women of today."  Sarah also is in a band called Stella James and was a cast member of the reality show "Private Lives of Nashville Wives."

Tim Shaw is a former professional football player, who played for the Carolina Panthers, Jacksonville Jaguars, Chicago Bears and Tennessee Titans. He is a world traveller and co-owner in HOTBOX Fitness and Music City Lofts. He also has been battling ALS for the past 2 years, and his faith and attitude will leave you nothing short of inspired.
