DIRECTV NOW is our new over-the-top streaming entertainment product, and it will soon be out in the market. Simply put, customers will be able to use DIRECTV NOW to watch live and on-demand content on many of their devices – TV, smartphone, tablet, etc. – anywhere with an internet connection. It’s been a full year since AT&T acquired DIRECTV. Since then, we’ve added 1 million new satellite subscribers and 10,000s employees. One of those employees who came over is Jorge Hernandez. He’s an installation technician who does installations and service calls for DIRECTV systems. On this episode of the Life at AT&T podcast, I tagged along on one of Jorge’s installs.
