Mike didn't know a lot about rentals or even have a clear plan on how he would one day be able to quit his job and live on his rental income. On this episode, we talk about how he figured out how to buy rentals with no money and eventually build a rental portfolio of over 70 rentals.
Kirby has been working on building his rental portfolio over the last few years. Recently he decided to sell all of his properties, and start over again in a different area.
