Brian Baldinger - NFL Network - Breaking news on coaches | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 3599

Hour 2 featured lots of football talk as our old pal Brian Baldinger of NFL Network stopped by to break down the coaching hires as the 4 remaining job openings. As we talked about the Phila Eagles increased interest in NY Giants offensive coordinator Ben McAdoo, the news broke that the Giants made sure he wouldn't get away after losing Tom Coughlin and made him their new head coach. We showed the amazing Baldy video from NFL network where Brian did a split and a hand stand for 10 full seconds on national tv. We played FMK and Miss Robin did her weekly Florida update, gave away a prize which Tony proceeded to drop and all went home happy after 2 hours of fun and frivolity.

Seth Everett is a Comic Book Geek? Who knew? | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 3351

Our 2nd hour was loaded with sports and fun talk. Seth discussed his 2 different Podcasts, including a Superhero one called Hall of Justice. We talked how Star Wars has already eclipsed Avatar as the highest grossing film of all time. We played FMK involving Kathy Griffin, Renee Zellweger and Meg Ryan. Miss Robin did her weekly Florida update involving an upcoming snake roundup and Peta approved ways of doing it. And with the huge Power Ball a big story, Robin had an update on a lottery winner who is auctioning off his 1-thousand dollar a month winnings - with the catch being the winning bidder only collects as long as the original winner stays alive. We closed the show with a rundown of the NFL coaching vacancies and hot candidates.

We played FMF with the girls and Miss Robin delivered her weekly "This is Florida segment" with tales of Walmart wining and dining while on Meth. Author Allen Schatz was in the audience and discussed his 3 murder mystery novels centered around baseball. We wrapped up the show breaking down the other failed college coaches who completely bombed after making the jump from college to the pros.

 TBhr1 Colleen Wolfe NFL 12-30-2015 | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 3770

Hour 1 - The final Podcast of 2015 and a great crowd on hand to celebrate with us at Comedy Sports Philly. For the first time in public, our friends John Gonzalez of Comcast Sports Net and Colleen Wolfe of the NFL Network appeared together on the same set as husband and wife. They've been married 4 years and live on different coasts. She's in LA and John is in Philly. We discussed long distance relationship issues and got into a lot of sports discussion, especially the big NFL news involving the firing of Chip Kelly by the Philadelphia Eagles. Gozo also covers the Sixers and we chuckled at the fact that coach Brett Brown is now the "dean" of local pro sports teams with Chip, Ryne Sandberg with the Phillies and and Craig Berube of the Flyers all gone from 2015 jobs. Our regulars Joe Corrado, Luigi Curto and Natalie Egenolf joined in the fun with updates and lots of laughs for the audience members.

The MLB HOF voting system SUCKS! we discuss w/ Seth Everett | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 3743

First Podcast of 2016 at Comedy Sports theatre in Philly and we covered a lot of different topics. Great food was provided the audience and crew by our friends at Blue Duck Philly and it was amazingly good. The top story was the Baseball Hall of Fame voters electing Ken Griffey Jr and Mike Piazza and the annual idiocy of 3 writers failing to vote for Griffey because of the archaic tradition that no player has ever gotten 100% of the vote, so Griffey fell 3 votes short of perfect. We also got into the Twitter 10-thousand character talk and how most people hate the idea so much, Twitter stock has dropped 2%. We brought on our old friend Seth Everett to talk MLB and his relationship with Ken Griffey Jr from his days in Seattle and some fun stories involving JR and Ichiro Suzuki. Got into some SuperBowl talk and promoted out big SB Podcast and party on Feb 7th, live from the beautiful Glass House in San Jose California.

 2015-10/14 TBh2 Pt2ofBaldy | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 4134

We continue with Brian Baldinger delving into the secrets of Tony's Venice Beach House Moroccan Bench and the need for a jacuzzi. We find out why Luigi likes Black coffee, Miss Robin goes OFF on the worst Aunt ever, even utilizing her new "C" word and to top it off we discuss the how, why and where of facial & "down there" hair removal, ending the show OFF THE RAILS. Be prepared to laugh folks.

 2015-12/02 TBhr2 Judah Friedlander | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 1781

Hour 2 featured former 30 Rock TV actor, comedian and "World Champion" Judah Friedlander popping on for a few minutes talking sports, his new book, and his role in the new Sunday Night animated Fox TV show Bordertown. Judah in Philly appearing at Helium comedy club all weekend. We played the game of F-M-K with Luigi Curto on his birthday and the 3 contestants: Hillary Clinton, Betty White and Flo from Progressive. The answers were obvious. Finlly, we played "win your money" with our studio audience at Comedy Sports Philly and our contestant Joe Stedeford spun the wheel and hit the jackpot for $160 bucks with a 5 dollar investment!

Comedienne Tammy Pescatelli dishes the dirt on Amy Schumer | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 4351

Another fun show from Comedy Sports theatre in Philly. Hour 1 kicked off with a re-union with my one time partner Harry Mayes as we reminisced  about our 7 years on the year together. We were joined by Comedian Tammy Pescatelli whose most recent comedy special "Finding the Funny" is now on Netflix and I-Tunes. As a Cleveland native, we compared sucky sports towns and all agreed Cleveland is ahead of Philly when it comes to football and baseball ineptitude - especially the Browns and the never ending search for the next franchise QB. No debate on NBA teams. LeBron is back in Cleveland, so they at least have a contender while the Sixers remain the laughingstock of the league for the 3rd straight year.  Tammy also had some interesting things to say about Amy Schumer who has stolen her material without attribution! We went to the Tony Bruno recorded hotline and heard from legendary caller Jose from Norristown Pa whose dropped his famous salutations to the entire crew and then Harry and I proceeded to break down the worst divisions in the NFL the last few years and which was the worst.Harry also talked about being on the Temple Football broadcast team and what an amazing 10-3 season they put together as they head to the Marmot Bacon Raton Bowl on Dec 22nd.We wound up with a discussion over Marmots and peoples obsession with animal videos on your tube and Robin and I admitted we have been filing our cats with the hopes of going viral and becoming You Tube millionaires on the backs and paws of our pets.

 2015-12/09 TBhr2 Harry Mayes Reunion! | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 3479

Hour Number 2 began with a traditional pouring of the Vodka Crans Harry and I enjoyed and discussed on many of our prior shows over the years. City and Street name pronunciations also became a discussion with Luigi, Robin, Harry and I pointed out some of the ones which are spelled one way, but not pronounced the same. We went to the hotline and played our favorite game. F-Marry-Kill with the 3 female contestants this week being: Greta Van Sustern, Nancy Grace and former OJ prosecutor Marcia Clark. Harry did the honors, so to speak. Some college bowl talk as Harry pointed out the ironic match up in the Las Vegas Bowl. Utah vs BYU features 2 schools featuring mostly Morman s, and Vegas didn't seem to make much sense if you don't drink or carouse. Frisky fans came up after a Buffalo Bills pair was caught doing it doggy style in the parking lot last weekend and the Washington Redskin fan being orally pleasured in the upper deck as he watched standing up and she....well, you can find it on the web. Male testosterone started flowing when Tennis was brought up and Luigi suggested CSN sports reporter John Clark couldn't beat him. A charity match is forthcoming.

 2015-12/16 TBhr1 Susie Celek | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 7161

Hour number 1 of this weeks show opens with Robin trying to find a pen despite 4 hours of preparation, and we welcomed back Joe. Tony went on a rant about protestors blocking people on busy streets in the city while protesting something politicians did or didn't do to or for them. We welcomed our old friend Susie Celek to the Comedy Sports Theatre to talk about a new movie she's starring in about MMA called "Fight Valley". It's due out in Spring 2016 and stars Holly Holm who stunned the world with her knock out of Ronda Rousey. We took a couple of Tony Bruno Hotline calls and finished up with this weeks' FMK game. Susie said she would marry Bernie Sanders, F John Kerry and Kill Al Gore. Tony then gave the offshore betting odds on the US box office take this weekend for the new Star Wars Movie. Will it top Jurassic World's 205-million record weekend in June. 3/1 odds it'll be between 226 and 350 mil.

 2015-12/16 TBhr2 Comedian Paul Mecurio | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 4508

Hour 2 starts with a group discussion of Christmas and New Years Eve plans, a review of the movie Krampus and then Miss Robin with her weekly "This Week in Florida" update. Tony, Joe and the audience talk NFL QB's and free agent Kirk Cousins in Washington, who is in a great position to get paid, either by the Skins of on the open market. An audience member then asked about the NBA and the woeful Philadelphia 76'ers off to a 1-26 start, 0-16 on the road. We then went to our first-ever Skype call with comedian, Emmy and Peabody award winning writer Paul Mecurio who talked about leaving law to pursue comedy writing, standup, working on the Daily show and his popular Podcast "2 Chairs and a Microphone" and now part of the Late Show with his old pal Steven Colbert.

 2015-12/23 TBhr1 JohnClark | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 3831

Hour 1 - A crazy Christmas Eve-Eve edition of the Podcast with a great crowd and cast of guests and surprises. The show opened with Tony being escorted onto the set by the lovely Nina and Selina - 2 of the 2016 Calendar girls at Club Risque Philadelphia as Tony was dressed up in his "Pimp Santa" outfit. We had a long list of prizes to give out in our annual "Christmas Karaoke" contest where audience members got a chance to sing and win. Our our pal Harry Mayes returned, just back from the Marmot Boca Raton Bowl in Florida where Toledo beat the Temple Owls on a rainy night in South Florida. He talked about the game and visiting Tigers Woods restaurant in the area. Of course we had to talk Miss Universe and the Steve Harvey fiasco. CSN Philly TV anchor John Clarke also stopped by to address Luigi Curto's tennis challenge and after some friendly jabs, agreed to set up a charity tennis match in 2016. John also discussed the abysmal 1-and-30 Sixers team which keeps breaking its own records for futility. the 1972-73 team has the worst record ever at 9-and-93, but we all now wonder if this current crew will even win 8 games. We started our singing competition with John singing Holly Jolly Christmas and from there is all went off the rails as both our staff and contestants tried to get the contest back on track.

2015-12/23 TBhr2 Harry Mayes Singing with the Stunads | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 2855

The 2nd hour resumed with more singing for prizes. Tony sang the Grinch and Chipmunk sings and Harry sang Blue Christmas by Elvis. Joe Corrado as always, brought amazing commentary of this singing debacle as most of the "lucky" audience members had no clue about the lyrics, but were given prizes anyway. We played FMK and the ladies decided on Bill Cosby, Mr Rodgers and Ted Knight, while the guys had to decide from Martha Stewart, Academy award winning actress Gabourey Sidibe, or Kim Davis, the Kentucky country clerk who refused to issue marriage licenses to gay couples. Miss Robin did her weekly "Florida Update" and this one involved a jewelry store giving away free shotguns with the purchase of at least 450 dollars in gems. We Thanked all of our wonderful guests and audience members and rode off into the night like Santa Claus departing the North Pole.
