He' started in 2015, but didn't start focusing on multifamily until 2018 when he decided to reach out to Jake and Gino. Since then Nick has closed on 53 units in Austin, with another 71 units set to close in September. His goal is to transfer out of my W2 job, and focus on building something really spectacular.
