What is the power of sin and how does it operate? My husband has physically and verbally abused me many times. What should I do? My friends believe in rewards and multiple crowns in heaven for each of us, and I do not. How do I share the truth with them?

Are the lukewarm Laodiceans believers who may lose their salvation? Will Christians be recompensed for the sinful deeds done in the body? How does the story of the rich man and Lazarus intersect with "absent from the body is present with the Lord"?
