The Green Living Guy (Seth Leitman) was at the Go Green Expo. Bradford Rand helped me to interview Actor Matthew Modine from Full Metal Jacket and Pamela Lippe from the E Campaign and Earth Day NY. Matthew has done over 36 films including his famous Full Metal Jacket appearance. For twenty years, Ms. Lippe has served as executive director of Earth Day New York (EDNY), a 501(c) 3 non-profit educational organization, and more recently, was elected its President. Since 1996, Earth Day New York has targeted a number of its educational campaigns to the real estate community including six well-received Lessons Learned publications distributed broadly throughout the industry. In addition, Ms. Lippe conceived and coordinated several Building the Sustainable Economy Conferences in New York City which helped initiate the first sustainability conference in Cuba in 1998. She lectures regularly at conferences and seminars both nationally and internationally.
