In our new favorite segment, we give the reins to Paul, so he can find the most blasé stories on the the internet this week.  The goal is to get through 10 stories in 30 minutes.  Do we accomplish this?

We talk about a follow up topic from last week, regarding WhatsApp, and the user migration away from the newly purchased company. As it turns out everyone is afraid that Facebook may choose to spy on the data or messages being sent. Everyone moved to a new service Telegram, but of course we want to talk about the security. In what turned out to be a really dry topic, we did our best to discuss what should be done about privacy. Chaim found an article about school privacy, and we discussed the best way schools or corporations should focus on implementing new technologies. In short, things need to be really vetted. You can't sign up for something, or worse let your children sign up for something until you know for sure they have the best interest of the consumer in mind. On Tuesday, February 18, the internet decided to fight back. Well not really, but it was a large scale protest to protest mass surveillance. Unlike SOPA and PIPA, the goal was to bring to the forefront the problems with government spying. Well how did we do?
