Revisiting the Goruck Challenge | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 00:29:00

When we last spoke to Jason McCarthy in April, his Goruck Challenge still was flying under the radar. Though limited to 30 people per "class," Goruck now stages challenges in four to six cities per weekend. Not bad for an event that grew out of a need McCarthy had to market his $295 Goruck packs modeled after the rucks he used while on duty in Afghanistan. We talk with McCarthy about the growth of the Goruck Challenge in this episode of The Fitness Buff.
