Cramped seating, delays, police intervention, you name it. We landed in Denver and it was pouring. Then we witnessed an older man get arrested by the police for punching a flight attendant. The rain quickly turned to snow, in October no less! The airport was completely unprepared and had no de0icing equipment working. From there things got worse quickly and we were stuck for 3.5 hours. Luckily they let us off the plane. Finally we got de-iced, it took an hour. We landed in Spokane at midnight-3am New York time.
