In this episode I talked with an old Friend Freeda Burnstad, who's lifes mission and passion have been with service learning and conservation projects in Ecuador.  Freeda's passions gave rise to the Cloud Forest Institute (CFI) a scientific and educational nonprofit which began in 1996.  CFI provides students with an incredible international service based educational experience focused on environmental resource conservation and social issues in Ecuador. read more
