PIREPs are some of the most valuable weather information we can get as pilots. Forecasts are forecasts, METARs are surface condition, but PIREPS are in flight reports of weather that pilots are actually encountering. In this podcast we review how to contact Flight Service to issue a PIREP. A great review for all pilots! Fly Your Best, Jason
In this podcast I answer a listener question about if (and when) it's ever OK to skip your check list. This listener found a flight school that specifically AVOIDS the use of check lists during primary training and wanted some deeper insight into the validity of this technique.
