There was an idea… to bring together a group of Marvel’s B-List superheroes to see if they could become something more than just a bunch of characters we still had the rights to. To see if they could work together when we needed them to fight the box office battles that the X-Men, Spider-Man, and the Fantastic Four never could. To see if a throwaway gag in a post-credits scene could actually become one of the highest grossing movies of all time.
Meow is the time for Legends Podcast to celebrate one of the most successful independent comedies of the mew millenium! Meow the year was 2001, and one movie hit it big at Sundance and won the audience award at South by South West. That movie was Super Troopers, meow, and it featured the Broken Lizard comedy troupe meowt of Colgate University. Meow these friends would go on to make other mewvies, but Super Troopers stood the test of time and meowlasted the rest. .
