A vacation or visit to Walt Disney World is so often about schedules, ADRs, getting to and through attractions quicker, and trying to pack it all in as fast as you can. So this week, we’re going to look at our Top Ten Places to Take a Walk in Walt Disney World.

We head back to Frontierland in Walt Disney World this week, as we continue our look at the past, present, and future of a land that, like Liberty Square, celebrates more than real American history, but fanciful stories of fictitious characters and locations. And with announced and possible changes on their way, we discuss what Frontierland’s immediate and long-term future might look like. And yes… it might just involve some Disney Villains.
We head back in time and way out West this week, as we examine the past, present, and future of Frontierland in Magic Kingdom in Walt Disney World. From its origins in Disneyland and Walt Disney himself, we look at it’s origin and evolution, theme, intent, changes, and possible future.

I just returned from New York Comic Con 2022, and want to share two of the conversations I had while there. The first is with Scot Drake, Creative Executive Marvel Global Portfolio from Walt Disney Imagineering about Marvel and its place in the Disney Parks and Experiences around the world. We talk about the evolution of the storytelling experiences in the parks, including interactivity and personalization, and the connections the Parks, characters, and stories have with guests. I also had the opportunity to interview Brian Volk-Weiss, creator of The Toys and The Movies That Made Us, Behind the Attraction on Disney+, and his newest project, Icons Unearthed: The Simpsons. We discuss not only this new series about the longest-running TV show of all time, but storytelling, filmmaking, and fandom.
I open up the email inbox this week and answer more of your questions about Imagineering your own Halloween overlay ideas in Disney, ideas for a 5th park in Walt Disney World, special experiences in Disneyland, the super secret pathway in Disney’s Animal Kingdom, and more!
Disney Legend Jodi Benson, the voice of The Little Mermaid, joins me this week to discuss her life and career, stories from the making of and life after The Little Mermaid, and her new book, Part of My World.
We look back at Disney’s D23 Expo 2022 and share our Ten Memorable Moments. From the panels and presentations to the show floor and the people, we react, reflect, and respond to the weekend, and what it may mean going forward in the parks and on screen. I’ll then share a short, personal story from my Expo experience and my thoughts and impressions with you.

With Disney’s D23 Expo just days away, the excitement and anticipation continues to build for what is coming to the Disney Parks. I’ll then share my personal D23 Expo Wish List, or “20-ish Announcements I’m Wishing for (or Predicting) at D23 Expo 2022.”
