It's becoming all too common for incidents involving sexual harassment and discrimination to happen at theaters in the comedy community. These issues aren't by any means new, but the methods designed to deal with them at theaters are. We decided to take a closer look at policies and why and how they are developed. Join Jason as he discusses this with Alrinthea Carter (Alchemy Comedy), Katie Holcomb (Coalition Theater), Tina Jackson (Bexar Theater), and Jill Bernard (HUGE Theater). The discussions range from the standards in policy, principles behind policy, where to find examples of policies that already exist, how to develop policy, and what your next steps could be in maintaining safety in your theater.
