Helen Starbuck started off as an operating room nurse who was proficient at handing the exact right instrument to the surgeons who were working. She moved into mystery writing after an unusual case peaked her interest and she thought, "Wow, that'd make a great mystery novel" and the Annie Collins Mystery Series was born. This is her first foray into the romanic mystery genre with her latest book, "Legacy of Secrets" that is held in rural western Colorado.
