Summary: Pink Elephant is humbled by the sheer number of IT professionals who convened in Las Vegas for the 11th Annual IT Service Management Conference and Exhibition at the beautiful Venetian hotel. Once again, it was the largest gathering of ITSM professionals on the planet, with over 1700 in attendance!
